 Jake
was born in 1939 and grew up in Louth in Lincolnshire. He spent most
of his working years in the police force, whilst honing his guitar
skills in various bands. Jake became a Christian in 1987 and
has written and performed gospel music in various musical styles
ever since. He has been performing his music both solo and in
worship teams at various churches and Christian groups around
Northern Lincolnshire and recently performed guest spots with both
US legend George Hamilton IV and UK award-winning country singer Dan
Wesley at their gospel shows.
Jake's latest CD
offering recorded at Twangmeister Studios is a four-track EP of
self-penned country gospel songs entitled "Goin'
Home". And is available here released on Twangmeister
